mystery city.

Hiii peeps, I am so excited with what I have done! See over there —> I have put a picture and text on the side! This may seem like easy business for most of you but for me it took a while to find out how to do it!

Any hoo I have sad news to share…I did not win the eBay item I was bidding for! I was pipped to the post! Six seconds after my boyfriend (bidding on behalf of me as I was out on a run) put a bid in this other pesky bidder did the same and won with about three seconds to go! Sad times! And now since the bidding is over I can now reveal it was a lovely to go pink starbucks tumbler I was bidding on! Limited Edition!

Isn’t she pretty? I had to google image search this as I can no longer view the picture on my ebay account! While I was google image searching I saw a baby pink tumbler! Eeee!! EBay mania has taken over me.

Rewind to this morning where I was woken up by my lovely boyfriend carrying some weetabix with a banana and soy milk, or was it? As I write to you now I am in a bit of a pickle. I have been having very bad stomach cramps this morning and I have a suspicion it was down to COWS MILK, yes COWS MILK being used in my breakfast. This would only have been an innocent mistake on my boyfriend’s behalf but here are the facts.

– I went to make a coffee and there was a new unopened soy milk carton in the fridge.
– No carton in the recycling bin or normal bin.

Unfortunately I will have to wait half an hour for the answer to this mystery as he is out on cycle and won’t be back till then, but don’t worry I will keep you informed! (I love over dramatics, teehee!)

Oh almost forgot to mention, I went for a run last night and it felt amazing! I hadn’t been in a couple of weeks and I have really missed it! I feel amazing this morning and full of energy! My running routine usually consists of running for half an hour then walking for five minutes and I have been working this up to 60 minutes, increasing running time by five minutes each week. BUT I have been curious as to how far I can actually run. I don’t use a treadmill and so have mapped a 2 mile and 3 mile route and will be attempting the 2 mile one either today or tomorrow! I am really excited as to how far I can run and am guessing it will probably be just under 3 miles!

Any hoo I am off now to search out delicious eats for lunch and ponder the mystery of the soy milk,

Happy Weekend, I hope you all had a fabulous one 🙂 Well today the plan for me is to go running and then try and get through a mountain of university reading! I haven’t been running in a bit as I have got lazy and been forgetting (oops). I was previously working on working up to running for 60 minutes! I currently am running around the local park for 30 minutes then power walking the five ish minutes back home but had increased that to 35 minutes running and five minutes walking back home! I really want to get back into doing this and am starting today! I am hoping that writing this in here will give me the accountability (sp?) I need to get my bum moving! I am feeling a bit blah about exercise recently, I have occasionally been cycling but I still miss my twice a week body step class! I used to love it! It was such a fun high energy class that the 60 minutes used to fly by. Also, I miss yoga 😦 my yoga mat is lying redundant and I feel blue! to do: find a decent yoga dvd to use whilst class isn’t on. I can’t afford to get to the classes now which is why I have resorted to dusting off the old running shoes and getting back onto the roads! My boyfriend was so lovely and brought me a bright pink shuffle to help me get motivated!

It definitely does help 🙂 Any hoo, I’m off to read and drink tea whilst reading blogs. I am so THERE.
